Erica J. Gordon

A former magistrate in Seneca and Preble Counties for approximately 15 years, Erica has also served as Acting Judge for Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court. She has heard hundreds of domestic relations, child support and domestic violence cases, and is a trained mediator and parenting coordinator. Graduate of Hiram College and Ohio Northern University Law School.

James W. Fruth

Jim graduated from Heidelberg College in 1992 and Capital University Law School in 1995, returning to Seneca County in 1999. Past chair of the Seneca County Board of Elections and current chair of the CROSSWAEH facility board, Jim brings a varied practice covering family law, corporate, adoptions, estates, real estate and criminal matters.
